QUICK TIPS TO FLATTEN THAT LOWER BELLY POUCH.

Some of you may call it a muffin top, Mother’s Apron or a Kangaroo pouch.  Here are some quick tips to flatten that lower belly area:

1. Lower the estrogen in your body.

Lowering the estrogen in your body is easier than you think.  Reducing your alcohol and caffeine consumption can help your body become more efficient and you will store less estrogen.

  2. Waist train and use your trainer on a regular basis.

Women and men have been waist training for generations.  Now, in 2015 waist training is safe and more effective than it has ever been.  Try a latex waist trainer and you won’t regret it.
